We are vessels of energy

All our systems overlap and influence each other, whether or not we have awareness of our states: Body, Mind, Emotion, Spirit. We are Qi flowing through interconnected systems with roots tangled beneath the surface, each affecting the others.

Mental fog overlaps with physical dysfunction, emotional turbulence, spiritual blindness. A storm in one system ripples through all the others. Nothing operates in isolation.
